February 2014 Just a small note to express our gratitude for the speed with which you sold our home on Bristol Avenue, Bicton. You certainly delivered on your promise to present us with offers within one week of the first home open and we couldn't have been happier. A quick sale was very important to us at the time, having just brought home a new baby. However, we were even more pleased that price obtained was at the top end of our expectations - Thank you! Our decision to engage you a second time followed the excellent job you did selling our first home on Brooksby Street, Melville a few years ago.
