Property Management

Over the last 17 years my house on Strickland Street , South Perth, had been managed by 5 property managers and Jaimee Lee of David Thorn Realtor had managed it in the last 15 months until it was sold yesterday.

Of those 5 I can honestly say that Jaimee had done an outstanding job period. Her punctuality, very good record keeping, attention to details, polite demeanor, hardworking nature and immediate response to my request / questions makes her stand out among all the property managers I had in the past. Never did I have to ask something twice and that shows her strong commitment and dedication to her job.

Thanks so much Jaimee and if I ever return to live in Perth looking for a house to rent or purchase, you will definitely be the first person I contact. Keep up the excellent work(s).
